One week detox

I decide to do a week of detox to give a fresh new start to my body (and mind).

So basically, that's what I'll ate for a whole week:

- 1/2 cucmber

- Few aspargus

- Chicken breast

- 1 yogurt.

If I'm hungry, I can add Broccoli or spinach. I know it's sounds like a crazy diet but I promise that I'm just doing it for a week. I couple this with workout so it's more effective~ Anyway, after this week, I'll start to add some good carbs and good fat.

In fact, I'll teach my body how to eat again.

I just want to cry.

Binge Eating ruins my life, literally. It's a vicious circle and I don't know how to overcome this, I think I need help.
Everytime I try to diet, I end up binge eating untill the end of the day; and today was no exception.

So, that's basically what I ate today:

1 head of broccoli

1 chicken breast

1 whole cucumber

Then...

1 wheat bread (200g)

4 yogurts (100x4)

1 WHOLE cereal box ( 375g)

That's a lot but that's not my "worst" day. I don't know what to do, I can't accept the truth yet even if I know it. I think I weight 55/56kg for 1m59, that hurts when I used to weight 50kg. I just want to cry but I'll try to overcome it, no, I WILL overcome it.
